- Fresh parsley (chopped (for garnish))
Instructions
- In a large pot or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the minced garlic to the pot and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reduce heat to low and stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
