  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (chopped (for garnish))

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the pot and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, reduce heat to low and stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
